This is a short video i made for my English class this semester. Our mission was to remix something. I chose to remix a 50’s educational video about improving your personality. This is the video I made for the first assignment for my video class. Our prompt was to shoot a semi documentary piece about a certain aspect of our lives. I chose to do literally where I live to document. My boyfriend and I live above the coffee shop that he is a part owner of. If im not upstairs cleaning, sleeping, homeworking I’m downstairs reading, chatting, laughing. I wanted to show off this place that I love and spend quite a good amount of time at.

So thus begins my new year at school, 2012-2013. Its definitely strange being a sophomore again HA! I feel silly saying it but it’s true, I’m a 22 year old sophomore. This year we cut down from doing all of the disciplines to just three of them. I came here to explore photography but then found sculpture and video work along the way. SO here goes nothing, more energy, more late nights, more doing, more re-doing…To put it simply I’m stoked.
